The Awesome Opportunity Presented By Higher Gas Prices
I met someone yesterday who is the most optimistic person about the US economy that I have met in well over a year since all the bubbles started bursting. He owns a print shop and has a masters degree in economic studies. His viewpoint did make sense. He says that the crash of the dollar means that the US can export goods again and be competitive and that this will usher in a new era of revitalized manufacturing in America and ultimately cause a financial boom. I don’t know if this is true. But it was nice to meet at least one sentient person who is also optimistic. If one steps back and takes a deep breath and looks at the shocking increase in gas prices then they can apply this same brand of optimism. .

He was quite a smart fellow who owns a print and copy shop and owns a masters degree in economics. No dummy. His viewpoint did make sense. He forecasted that the devaluation of the dollar is a blessing which will lead to more exporting from the US being possible and that this will lead in the next year or two to a new boom in manufacturing in the USA. I hope he is right. I am not so sure. But it was at least good to meet someone who has an optimistic viewpoint about the American economy and where it is headed. If one steps back and takes a deep breath and looks at the shocking increase in gas prices then they can apply this same brand of optimism. .

Hitting The Oil Companies Hard And Anonymously
When I was working with Aaron Russo in 2006 to help him get the truth out about the IRS and the Federal Reserve I got targeted for my patriotic actions. I was a wee bit too high on the radar. . Award winning movie producer Russo was taking on the Federal Reserve and the Internal Revenue System in his documentary film "America From Freedom to Fascism". I arranged some well attended meetings with Russo and his supporters here in Los Angeles and coordinated participation in some peace rallies with those supporters where we marched with banners expressing "Want to End The Iraq War? Shut Down The Federal Reserve".
