Carrying extra pounds in your midsection area is a serious business. Excessive fat in your belly area is more risky than fat in other parts of your body. Tip #1 : Feed Your Body With a Balanced Diet

Diet is the MOST important area of fat loss. Losing fat belly requires a good eating habit. You don't need to go on a diet gimmick with low fat, low carb or whatsoever. Just remember that balance is the key and you should not restrict your body's needs.

Tip #2 : High Intensity Multi-Joint Exercises

Dedicate only 10% of your workout time on direct abs exercises. For the rest of the time, focus on high intensity full body multi-joint exercises such as combination of squats, lunges, pullups, pushups, dips, chess presses and deadlifts.

Tip #3 : High Intensity Cardio Variations

Focus on shorter duration workout but with high intensity and different variations for losing fat belly. So instead of a long duration, steady-paced boring traditional cardio, switch your "cardio" to short duration of different variations such as wind sprints, hill sprints, stair sprints, jump rope and other high intensity cardio.

Your Eating Habits

• Eating well is important to lose fat. Don't starve to death to lose weight.

• Drink plenty of water esp. before and in the middle of your meal.

• Have 6 small meals a day rather than just 2-3 huge meals.

• If you must have your tea and coffee, try to drink it black.

• Set meal times and stick to them.

1. Begin with proper diet. Fat bellies are results of over indulgence in fatty and high-carbohydrate meals. As you eat more than you should, the body stores the excess food intake in the form of fats, which accumulate principally around the abdominal area.

2. Good and healthy diet must be accompanied by determination to do regular exercise programs. Particularly, you are advised to do aerobic exercises to help burn up stored excess calories and fats. Include abdominal exercises in your routine

3. Initiate to take proper and enough discipline in making the weight loss and abs-trimming program work. Eliminating stress could help do the trick and would be a good starting initiative.
